Bring comfy shoes - You'll want something easy to slip on after the ceremony!

Final Logistics

Confirm arrival times with your wedding party & vendors - Avoid last minute confusion.

Have a point person - Assign a trusted friend/family member to handle questions, so you're not bombarded.

Gather all detail items in one spot/container - Rings, intimations, jewelry, perfume, shoes, and any sentimental items you want photographed.

Plan for meals & hydration - You'll be busy, so make sure someone brings snacks and water!

Venue & Setup

Designate someone for setup & teardown - If you're bringing decor, have a plan for who is in charge.

Check for phone chargers - Especially if you're using your phone for music or vendor calls.

Bring a spare outfit - If you're changing after the reception, don't forget comfy clothes!

Plan how you'll transport gifts & personal items home - Designate someone to gather everything at the end of the night.

Wedding Day Mindset

Expect small hiccups, it is super normal, and no one will notice. They are there because they want to support your love for each other.

Take a deep breath and soak it all in. This day is about you two. You have put in so much effort and hard work to get here.
